Jean-Charles, graduate of ENSAE and Sciences Po Paris, is an economist and entrepreneur. He began his career at Banque Indosuez, before working as an equity derivatives trader at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, in Paris and London.
He subsequently held several senior leadership roles across French employers’ organizations and the insurance sector (FFSA, Afep, Medef, Groupama, SCOR), before founding Stacian, an economic research firm, and Deepvest, a wealth management brokerage. He later served as Executive Director of Optimind, and as Managing Director of Paris Europlace from 2022 to late 2025.
Jean-Charles joined eponyme partners in 2026 as Partner for Financial Institutions, in charge of growing this vertical to serve insurers, reinsurers, banks, asset managers, brokers, wealth management advisors and fintechs. Alongside this role, he continues his public affairs advisory work and leads the economic think tank he founded.
