eponyme partners advised DEAL Group shareholders, a French software publisher, on the sale of the company to Total Specific Solutions.
The DEAL Group, founded in 1984 and based in Gradignan, is an independent French publisher of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. The company offers innovative software solutions for the food-processing and construction sectors, as well as for production planning, following the acquisition of Planilog in 2016.
Total Specific Solutions (TSS) is the Dutch subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. ($6.6 billion of revenue), a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and a global provider of vertical software companies.
