Eponyme Partners advised Brittany Ferries to sign a financial and operational partnership, including a €25m investment (of which €10m in quasi-equity) of CMA CGM in the company.

Under this agreement, both shipping companies will set up synergies in freight and logistics, and will be able to introduce new RoRo services.

 

Brittany Ferries is the largest French ferry company, with an annual turnover exceeding €400m (except over the Covid-19 period).
