eponyme partners advised Forestalia in its fundraising of c. €310m to build the first 304 MW wind farm free of premiums and public subsidies in Spain (“Project Goya”). Equity partners include Mirova, General Electric and Engie. Notably supported by the European Investment Bank (EIB) and facilitated by the signature of a 12-year PPA, Project Goya is one of Spain’s most important investment in renewable energy in recent years and has hence been awarded European “wind deal of the year” by Project Finance International (PFI, 2018). eponyme partners as its exclusive equity advisor to counsel Forestalia in its fundraising.
