Nino Marchiori brings more than fifteen years of international experience at the intersection of corporate strategy, innovation ecosystems and investment. He holds a degree in Industrial Management Engineering from the University of Padua completed by the Executive Master in Innovation Management program at HEC Paris. He began his career in the energy and high-tech sectors, holding management positions in Air Liquide’s Electronics division, first in Paris and then in Shanghai. From 2015 to 2026, he held a series of management roles at Air Liquide Healthcare, progressively taking responsibility for the division’s innovation ecosystem. As Head of Open Innovation and Partnerships, he structured growth opportunities for the group’s corporate venture capital fund and led numerous publicly and privately funded partnerships. His expertise lies particularly in medical technologies and digital health.
Alongside his role at Eponyme Partners, Nino Marchiori continues his independent advisory work in open innovation, maintaining his ties with the start-up ecosystem and his access to innovators across the healthcare sector.
