eponyme partners acted as co-financial advisor to SiPearl for the €25 million convertible bond financing with the European Investment Bank (EIB) as part of SiPearl’s €90 million fundraising round. The funding round included participation from Arm (a global leader in semiconductor design and silicon technology development), the Atos Group (through its Eviden branch), the EIC Fund, the French government (through French Tech Sovereignty, part of the France 2030 initiative), and the EIB, which provided €25 million in convertible bonds to SiPearl.
