Fabien joined eponyme partners in 2023; he spent 7 years in the Deal Advisory department of KPMG to support private equity funds and corporates in their mergers and acquisitions operations (Transaction Services, Integration and Separation, Value Creation).
Throughout his career, Fabien also operated fundraising, debt financing and restructuring assignments. Moreover, he participated to the development of the credit rating activity in West Africa with the launching of West Africa Rating Agency (acquired by Moody’s through its African subsidiary GCR).
Fabien holds an MBA from the London Business School and graduated from NEOMA Business School.
